How to fix this in Hostinger:

1. Open your Hostinger hPanel → Databases → MySQL Databases.
2. Check your MySQL Username: On Hostinger it is usually u709275561_eduantum or u709275561_admin (it cannot be 'root').
3. Check your MySQL Host: Change 127.0.0.1 to localhost.
4. Open config/database.php in Hostinger File Manager and verify lines 14–18.
